Cinema Experience
How often do we go to cinema to enjoy a new movie? Once a month? Half a year? Or we already forgot the last time we had been to a cinema to enjoy a movie. As I remember, the last time I went to cinema to enjoy a new movie was on this May, someone may say that once per month is usual, but in my parents’ times, they seldom go to cinema in their dating or their free time.
In that time, going to cinema is a quite expensive activity, they need to save money in order prepare for different use, such as for family or study. Dating outside they will choose some activity which is cheaper. Also, comparing to nowadays, although the ticket price is cheaper, all the expense is lower, they seldom spend their money is this type of activity.
Back to our life, going to cinema such a leisure activity for us, we have a lot of choice when we go to cinema. We can enjoy the movie in 2D, 3D or 4D, which is different from the past. I do enjoy watching movie in 2D version, although 3D movie is more enjoyable and giving a better environment which makes you can be more concentrate in the plot, wearing the 3D glasses is quite messy and my eyes are not feeling well.
However, technology improve, some online streaming platform is launched, which makes cinema hard to survive in our society. Cinema need to provide different discount or membership program to maintain stable income. But those platforms are so convenience which able to let us watch different old movie in our home.
But still, I do like to enjoy movie inside the cinema if I am free when the movie launched. It’s because inside the cinema, you paid for the ticket, whatever the movie is good or bad, most of us will watch it till the end. Also, we will highly concentrate at that time, focusing in all details of the movie, online streaming platform may be just like a place for us to watch some missing point of the movie, the feeling is quite different comparing to cinema.
